Knives need a bit of care to keep their edge nice and sharp. Stainless steel knives need to be honed after every 2-4 uses, while carbon steel knives ideally need to be honed after every use. But honing is only part of it, and depending on how much use your knives get, you might find they need to be sharpened every 4-24 months. That's where we come in.
